Powerflex front wishbone bushes

Hi all
I have changed standard front and rear wishbone bushes for Powerflex. What is the best geometry settigs for it?
How big is the diffence between ALK and Powerflex? It seems to be quite same. Front rear wishbone bush reduce lifting too.

Erik,
the powerflex and the ALK are not the same - they have the same effect in reducing 'flex', but the ALK actually changes the castor geometry of the front wishbone.
A very good value mod too - after a wet weekend I am still stunned by how the car will hold on in corners with the fiercest acceleration.
