What are peoples thoughts on lowering the STI?
I got my v4 from Japan and it was already lowered but conviently the original springs were also in the boot. Currently the ride is very hard, I don't mind it but my passengers all seem to rattle around. Would I be wise putting the originals back on? Will it make much difference?
Anyone with an STI in the Dorset/Hants with the standard springs that fancies letting me feel the difference?
Also how big a job is changing them? Any guesses on the cost?

I changes the springs and dampers on my car a little while ago. It's not a bad job, for start to finish it only took me about three hours.
The most time consuming bit is getting to and undoing the bolts for the rear dampers as you have to remove the back seat.
