You won't need to get geometry redone with the wheels change. Where did you get the Prodrive geometry setup? - my MY00 is scrubbing tyres on the inside so might get it checked - previously had it setup at TSL which is a bit of a trek.
Look forward to seeing the new motor sometime.

If i am correct in assuming the Prodrive setting you had done were the 1mm toe-in all round then, yes there is a very small difference in minutes between a 17" and an 18" wheel, however i agree it doesn't really warrant another set up.
