Can somebody explain what 325f/225r will be in imperial measurement (kg's) ??
I currently have AST shocks on my car but I find the rear too bumpy (the car jumps sometimes at the rear when taking bumps on high speed)
Creepy

They were a little stiffer than stock, but i wanted to drop the ride height, because of this the arch would touch the wheel at the rear when pushed hard, but i do have 18's.

If the roads are bad where you live, this kit may be just up your street,i'm not after comfort as i don't use the car every day, also if you stick to the advised ride height you won't have any problems............Alan..............

I could be speaking poo but my Compmotive MOs with 225/35 18s Dont scuff at all, although on a subaru meet, at high speed over VERY bumpy roads, they scuffed a few times - once my ride is raised and springs sorted I think there'll be no scuffing at all,
Cheers Cal

Guys, the spring rate of 325 lb is 325 pounds per inch of compression. To go metric, roughly calculating as:
325 lb = 160 kilograms
1 inch = 25mm
So, mtric rate is crudely: 80Kg/cm. Very rare to see spring rates in the UK in metric, even the continental guys seems to use imperial measurements.
Please not, this is very crude conversions!
