You can increase height, and decrease pretension in your springs amonst a few other things. Are you running Flexes ?

well lift your your front up on a safe jack, take a look at your struts. Do you see a thread running all the way up the sleeve ? Also, do you see a few large "rings" that turn on the thread. The bottom, right at the wheel plate is where the height adjustment is. The spring pretensioner is at the base of the springs, and I can't remmeber where the struts adjust is. But I have a set of flexes on order that will arrive in Feb ...

the nut on the top is for damper stiffness?
and the ring under the spring if for ride height?
can someone help me out cos i cant finding any info on adjusting anywhere....even tried mailing tein stockists...no joy though
