I ran over a curb on track on Saturday, trying to negotiate a chicane a 'little too fast'

Managed to buckle the hell out of a wheel. Replacing it and the car runs fine on steady gas (ie; in a straight line), and on heavy braking. However, WOT sees it pulling slightly to the left. Any idea's what else I've bent?

A quick inspection trackside on Saturday didn't reveal anything major, I'll look in more detail tonight and get an alignment check. Just seems a bit strange (or expensive..) to only have a problem with full gas.....

A small indent in the semi-slick tyre was on the inside edge (where I hit the curb)...lucky me

I did the same thing and had to replace the n/s/f track control arm, the damage wasn't visible until it was stripped down.

I got lucky - it all feels OK now and checks out with basic geometry check. Because I made contact with the curb going back onto the track, it impacted the inside of the wheel/tyre....which promptly buckled like hell (couldn't hold steering wheel at 30mph ) because there's no support there....and given the price of these wheels, it's cheaper than having to redo alignment
