having already done the springs,rear roll bar,drop links,anti lift kit,front strut brace,what would be the next route to take to make this like super glue on the track?

Proper Geometry? (you don't say if you've had this done). Are you running the standard wheels/tyres and brakes?

yep had geometry done at powerstation when the springs were fitted,running OZ Prodrives 18s with F1s 225/40/18s,i suppose something like bilstein pss9 adj shocks,although i heard tein do a good set up?,oh and upgraded discs to DBA gold front and rear with ds2500s.Still with the brembo calipers,braided hoses and 5.1.
