Stronger springs or dampers?

Hi All,
When my is doing like on the pic below,
Do i then need stronger springs or do i need to make the dampers harder in bumb?.

I have got a KW v3 and uprated rear swaybar

i would say both denmark. do the sway bars first (uprate but keep the front rear ratio's the same as stock) then look at stiffer springs/damper rates (if you dont mind it bumpy). remember the damping rate must match the springs or it will be under/over damped.

IMO the springs need uprating and the rear roll bar wants increasing to reduce the weight transfering onto the front outside corner......but also to maintain the balance.
Are the dampers OE??

I have a KW V3 ,
Antilift kit,adjusteble 22mm rearswaybar in the middle setting,and alloy droplinks from Whiteline...
Maybe i should try to set it harder in bumb on the front.
