Prodrive suspension - Bone shaker!
#1
First of all let me apologise for my ignorance, I'm new to all this and need some advice.
I have been looking for an Impreza for a while and have finally found one that fitted my needs and budget.
It's an S-Reg Sportswagon with 50k miles, 1 previous owner, prodrive suspension, full subaru service history , good condition £8500. I took it for a test drive at the weekend, and have been able to think about nothing else since... I was totally blown away.
My question is this... Can the prodrive suspension be adjusted to give a slightly softer ride? The handling was awesome, but the girlfriend was giving me earache because the ride was too rough! :-)

Really don't think your suspension is adjustable, if it's Pro-drive. Surprised you say this as I've been driving various Turbos since Jan 2001 and I WON'T be driving anything else for a long time.
My RB5 old suspension was excellent. I've done loads to mine lately and it's still comfortable. Handles like a dream now
