Do they replace the whole standard suspension or do i retain some original parts?

You will need the original topmounts, unless you buy upgraded adjustables (HKS/Cusco etc).
Other than that, easy peesy

I think the Cusco ones are about £175 a pair for the fronts and £115 for the rears, but I may be wrong. Have a chat to someone like
