Are these the same as fitted to an Impreza....if so, has anyone got any standard ones for sale after putting up-rated ones on?

They are up to the BD/BG. BE/BH is different, but Whitelines fronts (among others made specifically for the rear) fit back there.

No, you lost me there, AJbasebloke! Mine is a Uk 94 single turbo (ej20) model. Now i have got the car back from the garage and looked under the car, i am 99% sure thety are the same as Impreza items. Only interested in standard items. Thanks anyway, quite a shock to get a rely in 'suspension',

Yep - identical to the Impreza. Take a look at the Whitelines - they are pretty cheap, and can make things feel well tied down

Cheers

Mark, now mate.

AJ... is right. I am thinking of using the Whiteline droplinks for the front and back on mine.

They are the same as the Impreza ones and are cheaper for a pair than a single standard one from the dealer. I was going to use D.Tweeks but havnt got round to it yet. Tother 1/2 won't let me

Hope everything else is good mate.

See ya @ Jim Clark 2004

Thanks all, sorted now. I had some powerflex drop link bushes that i bought when i had the Impreza. Because the plastic hole in the drop link had enlarged a bit with wear, the power flex stuff was rolling about. What i've now done is re-use the steel liner from the original bush, as its bigger than the one that comes with the powerflex. This makes the bush fit the enlarged hole on the drop link perfectly. So now back to motoring bliss, no more bangs over bumps and less roll. Other than that, car has been great, Steve. Changed 2 shockers at the rear when i first got it as well. I went to a small village garage near me the other day for an oil filter. the owner has got a leg T estate. with 197,000 miles on and he's absolutly in love with it! These things just seem to go on forever, and what with inter-changeability with certain impreza bits that you can pick up on the BBS, they are pretty cheap to run, sensible, performnce cars,
