Question

just been looking on their site for some top adjustable dampers which they list for my car however upon closer inspection they say

In reply to:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Special McPherson insert, for sealed struts, bolted to the bottom after cutting the housing and removal of original inner parts. To be used in original struts only

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

and this has got me thinking; is this going to be a DIY job and when done will it be safe?

so if any of you guys have done this or had it done what is the verdict?

ta in advance
