Sharper turning response

Hey guys,
I'm looking for sharper turning response. My car has aldready been lowered by 3 cm. And I recently bought 18" P1 alloys on Pirelli P-Zero 228/35/18.
And I'm looking for more turning response and better handling.
I was looking at a few things and wanted your opinion on
Anti Lift Kits
Sway bar front 22mm
Sway bar rear 22mm
Also if you have any other recomendations they would be appreciated. What would be the best mod to do to achieve this?
And also could anyone here give me a detailed explanation on what all of this does exactly.
Are they easy or hard to fit?

For my new car I decided to give it some more toe out rear (1mm per side=more happy tail) with 0 toe front and max camber along with anti lift kit and adjustable 22mm rear bar (middle position).
Although this is my opinion about handling as I like it more neutral on corners and can afford some understeer on entries and some oversteer on exits.
