As above this is my car,
i can't decide on what setup to go for with the lowering side of things. would like obviously coilovers and fully adjustable suspension, but what make, whos good at fitting and in the South East, and is it possible to have the geometry done at the same time as the suspension. ie Toe, camber all that.
cheers in anticipation.

I don't have it fitted on my car, but based on comments from many happy users I expect you won't go far wrong with some Leda suspension (coilover & fully adjustable height + bump / rebound) from Scoobysport.co.uk in Basildon, Essex. If you just want to lower the car for looks then I daresay there are cheaper alternatives though...

Hi,
It depends what you're after - mild or wild?. I'm running suspension from an STI V 4-door on my MY98, and it is quite a bit better than standard.
Damping is firm, but not crashy (on 16" wheels anyway), and the car resists dive and roll quite a bit better.
The other advantage (to me anyway) is that the ride height isn't very much lower than standard (15-20mm?) so speedhumps etc aren't a problem.
If you can source a set from an STI 5/6 upgrader, then the upgrade should be cheaper too.
Leda are supposed to be very good, but need rebuilding on a fairly frequent basis according to some reports.
Regards,
Alex
