Anyone comment on these - lowered progressive rate springs. James Kaye (Touring Car Prod Class Leader) used to drive a Type R on these and liked it.

Any other experiences with the standard Sti Struts?

i dont have a scoob (have an evo 6) but i do have lowered and uprated hks proggresve springs fitted .

and i find them very good , handeling much improved over my standard springs

Evo kid,

given the Evo is hard as standard - are the HKS springs much softer - or are they hard too?

got them on my wrx v5,
bit harder than standard,
slightly better performance than oem

thanks - I have driven a WRX V5 - they are significantly softer than the Sti V5 - well the ones I have driven anyway. Thanks anyway.

the ride in the evo is slightly better with the hks springs but not much , i had them fitted more for accetic reasons (needed a step to get in with standard ride hieght)but the car does handle much better with them fitted
