Yes, that's correct. But since the RB5 is the same as any MY99 and didn't have any suspensions mods (only 17" wheels as std), the Eibachs for the MY99 ones will fit straight on.

I've got the Pro-Kit ones on my RB5; got them from NAM 6mths ago. They're superb, even John Banks went a bought a set after being in my car

I have been told that Eibach dont make springs for the RB5 , can any one tell me the difference on my car to others ? Cheers Ian
