Default Classic front camber bolt torque?

Hello Peeps! I'm after the torque setting for the 2 19mm bolts (camber and other one) that holds the strut and steering knuckle together on a MY99 Impreza Sport. My Haynes which covers 2002 onwards states '175 Nm for 2007 and earlier models, 155 Nm for 2008 and later models' .... also the front caliper frame bolts as well,... also would it be advised to threadlock the caliper frame bolts....(they're the basic single-pot calipers)....Many thanks!
