Default Powerflex Rear Hub Bush Fitting

Hi,

Has anyone replaced the bushes in the rear hubs with a powerflex polybush?

I'm hoping to do this without removing the rear hubs and brake shields etc. from the vehicle, so my question is are these possible to push in by hand like other powerflex bushes?

Thanks!
