Very similar spring rates 40N/m front, 35N/m rear, but linear, from ride height to coil bind.
Ride heights are lower (require different bump stops), 330-335mm front, 335-340mm rear (depends on fuel level and rear gas fill pressure in the strut - inverted struts run with a higher fill pressure).

Measure your ride heights (wheel centre to arch) - as amount of lowering will depend on the current condition/durometer of bushings, top mounts, dampers, fuel level and spring sag.
