After having coilovers fitted how long do they take to settle and should I drive around for a week before I get a wheel alignment, is a corner weighted alignment worth it as it will never see a track. As always thanks for the imput.

 

You should set the geo immediately. Depending on the quality of the springs you may get some reduction in ride height, but it should be very little unless the springs are garbage.
Unless you are chasing lap times, set the left and right side platforms to the same height, you wont go far wrong.
