Change of wheels - slight rub over rough ground
Recently changed the wheels on my 2004 WRX Wagon from 17" to 18" and since have noticed that when I hit a slight bump in the road one of the tyres appears to rub. I would hazard a guess it is one of the rears.
Previous:
Rota Grid Racing 17"
17 x7.5 offset 45 on 215x45x17 tyres
Now
Prodrive GC-07C 18"
18 x 7.5 offset 48 on 225x40x18 tyres
The ride is too firm for my liking anyway. so with the rubbing, given the car is mainly something to have fun with and not a daily I'm inclined to swap the springs back to standard don't know where best o buy them from other than ICP.
I would prefer Prodrive Springs but I just can't find a set!
