Default Strange feeling when pulling away

Hi guys and gals have an 07 hawkeye wrx and i have found while pulling away it seems the rear drivers brake is sticking and realising but im sure its not the brakes as i have just had new discs and pads fitted not long ago, im feeling that it maybe a bush or something but i cant quite explain it another way so please bare with me. any ideas will be much appreciated

Try jacking up the rear and spinning each wheel to ensure the brakes aren't binding, is one wheel hotter than the other after a drive ? highly unlikely a bush is going to give that symptom.

Most likly to be the handbrake shoes out of adjustment and binding
