Default Sachs shock absorbers for blob WRX wagon

I need new shocks all round on my 05 WRX Wagon (2.0), and came across some from Sachs. The online catalogue tool here https://webcat.zf.com/ says that the relevant part numbers are:
Front Right 313773
Front Left 313774
Rear Right 312203
Rear Left 312204

Does anyone have these fitted and can confirm that they are OK, or if I will need to get anything else to make them fit (top hats, bump stops etc)?

Alternative is the KYB Excel-Gs, which seem to be about the same price. If anyone has experience of both and can tell the difference, please let me know!

I've got the exact same model, and i recently fitted KYB Excel-Gs. Absolute easy straight swap. And as they aren't inverted, they wont ever suffer from the pesky knocking noise.

Go to Camskill for them. They come with the correct top nut and the only other thing you need to source is the boots, as the old ones wont fit.

good luck!

According to Kyb, all excel-g's are 15/20% uprated to make allowances for an aging suspension. Do Sach's claim the same?

Get new bump stops/dust boots:
kyb 910142 front and 910046 rear.
A different front stop would beneficial, if you're lowering the front ride height.

Top hats will swap over. assuming they're OK?

You could add some more caster/camber with whiteline kca335 front top mounts.
