Alternatives to kyb excel-g

Alternatives to kyb excel-g
Ok, I'm, finally, about to get the P1 springs fitted.
I've been advised that I don't need the AGX adjustable dampers and that the excel-g will be fine. But before I go ahead and order the set I thought I'd ask people's opinions on alternatives and what benefits they have over the excel-g.
The car will only be used on the road (UK).
Thanks
Nick

I don't think there is anything better at the price £261.90 delivered.

There's Koni inserts, but you've got to cut up and renovate the old strut housings first. Then, may be £650 for the inserts?
