Power flex bushes fitting advice

hi have just bought full set of bushes to replace all rear end of my 2006 Sti from power flex has anyone fitted these or have any advice for me. Do I need a hydraulic press or can I manage with a vice

Well managed to fit all the bushes yesterday a full set at a cost of £360 and eight hours work !
