Default Cusco jap coilovers

Anyone got any opinions/ advice on Cusco coilovers. Seen a couple of cheap second hand sets on eBay. I've got stock shocks on my w reg turbo and I'm after a cheap upgrade for track use. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have to say not a fan of any Japanese coilovers as the ones I've tried out (in various cars) have been harsh as **** on our roads.
