I have recently fitted a set of Eibach lowering springs to my P1.
I know that it comes with Eibachs standard but i was told they were different to the lowering springs. Can anyone shed some light on this for me as my car is looking crap at the moment and i am not happy. They said that the car needs to settle but i have done 500 miles and they havent moved.

It took a couple of thousand miles before my Eibachs looked any lower than the OE springs (MY00 UK).

Do you even know if the Eibachs lower a P1?

The Eibach springs fitted to the P1 as standard, are already lower than a standard Impreza.

The lowering springs are different, and are probably matched to the standard UK dampers, instead of the STi ones fitted to the P1.

I would have thought you would have been better sticking with the standard set-up.

i would leave it alone or fit powerstations bilstein coilover kit, costs about £1300 , then you can drop it for shows and raise it for the road

Just to add to JohnS's comment - the P1 came with Blistien Dampers and Eibach springs combo (excuse my spelling!).

I think Mellow Yellow has a few ideas on P1 suspension upgrades.. DMS gold I seem to remember..
