The clutch itself has a lovely feel to it and very easy to drive but yes you do get some rattle being a twin plate,I've had it in my daily driver for over 2 years-i just turn the stereo up! Lol,it would still be in my car if the engine hadn't had to come out to do the headgaskets and I got an act clutch cheap, hope this helps.

I honestly have no idea, you have to use the exedy flywheel with the clutch-they come as a kit-ie you can't use the exedy flywheel with a different clutch,my car is a forged 2.5 with avcs heads so spool was never an issue! Lol,I can weigh the flywheel for you if you want though.

Excellent clutch kit.
Ran on my last 2.1 stroker with no issues, very road friendly as well as the required grab and go that's needed on track. This was so quiet you wouldn't know it was a twin plate
I've one in my daily driver now, which is a little rattlier than the above, but it's still just the same to drive. I've video clips of both if it helps a potential buyer.
This is at a good price too.

As sj said you don't get much material on the friction plates even when new as it's two separate plates, not a lot of meat like on a single plate, when I purchased my car the clutch was a couple of years old and I did another years driving till it started to slip and replaced the plates, how long they'll last depends on driving style and type of use really.

It's the centre plate vibrating, pretty much all twin/triples do it
Rob
Ps it only does it when the clutch is disengaged, so idle like in my video you can hear it, but from the inside it's barely recognise able. Check out my other vid(one from today) and you can't hear it in the car
