Hi Guys,
I have a TD04 from my 2003 WRX with 60k miles on it. After removing the turbo I found there was a little play on the wheel. But, was working fine prior to taking off.
The turbo wheel has aprox 1.5mm play, and doesn't/isn't scrapping, touching or scratching the sides of the inlet pipe.
Would be good turbo to rebuild or upgrade to TD04 hybrid from Andy Forrest.
The hybrid is one of the quickest spooling turbos available, and good for 300bhp. Think Andy charges £450 to upgrade, and gives a 12 month warranty. One of the best turbos for a road car.
£50 delivered (wont come with the 3 rubber pipes in the pic)
