Default Black trim next to rear door on classic. Looking to replace

Hi guys the black rear trim on the C piller behind the rear door has got some silver marks on it like it's been polished. I've found replacements on japanparts.
My question is how hard are these to change?
You will see them here in this picture

Easy job to change, but expensive to ship from Japan.

David (Topper Harley on the RA site) imported a set last year from JapanParts, he will be a good man to ask.

As spivscoob says, they run from A post to the back so shipping will not be cheap.

Get a can of matt black spray, and your sorted.
Not sure why people bother with the hassle of replacing them, when anybody can do a DIY paint on them.
