Default 6 speed ~ Classic Setup

Ok having sold this to a Mate, I removed it from my car and now he has decided he does not want it, so it's Back up for sale.

6 Speed Box from 2004 UK STI complete with the 6 speed cradle, linkage and propshaft, 6 Speed gear ****.

Also included is a 3.545 R160 rear diff to match for a classic conversion.

I used my original 5 speed Flywheel, clutch and starter.

So basically this will bolt straight into a Classic I also believe the diff will fit a Bug / Blob WRX so would go right into these too.

This is out sat on my Garage floor ready to go.

Was removed originally from a friends Blob Sti with 58K on the clock, only done 3k in my car.

£1500 Collected May Swap for a 6 Speed JDM Setup.

Drewtts is your Diff R160 or R180? If R160 all is good if R180 then our shafts will not fit each others diffs.

I do have a set of R180 rear hubs as i plan on going up to R180.

Johnnybon

I sm based in Barnstaple North Devon.

The Jdm id quicker on acceleration but lower top end.
Its the acceleration i want, my RA box was so much quicker than the uk 6 speed.

I fitted a JDM 6 speed into a mates 315 BHP classic and it could out accelerate my 380bhp 400 lbs/ft torque with the uk Box.

My torque stripped every tooth on 5th of my Ra box hence me getting a six speed in the first place.

Banny does the drop gear and rear diff ratio not make them seem longer than a JDM as this is def seems longer than my mates 6 speed. His revs are also higher than mine at 60 in 4th.

Hence me wanting to change?
