Did you notice and difference in power/torque when you used it (if you did)?

Thinking of getting one however there are mixed opinions on whether they cause too much backpressure and restrict top end power. Just concious of doing any damage i guess or putting any strain on the turbo!

 

Maybe a abit, not sure how much really, but does reduce noise loads, i just used it now and again when didn't want to make a noise, or if going on long run, great thing to have in the boot
