Because Gus (Andrew) is simply not holding his promises and is not Thrustworthy IMO.
I am sorry, there are some people saying that he can be trusted and he's going through rough times but i have heard this a dozen times (and read about similar incidents after i paid for it) and i have a hard time believing it.
Even so, if you have time to advertise, reply online, collect money then you should also find the time to send people their bought items and at least communicate with them.

I already left negative feedback for him in his profile as my waiting period is ridiculous and i am now waiting for a refund or expect the parts to be on my doorstep this very week !

And he is neither a flying doctor over in Africa nor is he a Royal Marine stationed in Afghanistan so i don't understand him being very busy and not responding within ample time.
I know for a fact that he has an Iphone so in this time and age ALL of his emails will reach him anywhere in GB so that's not an excuse either.

I am sorry folks, normally i would not clutter the board with my own problems nor would i easily post bad publicity for somebody in public, but now i feel that this has gone too far and
i have to share this with potential future customers.

Also, he has just visited this BBS within the past couple of hours after being absent for 2 weeks, and no reply or appology whatsoever.

i feel sorry for you mate its not nice when these things go on,and i do agree with you that the moderators need to get there finger out,and revamp the way people buy and sell on here,i also use detailing world and buy and sell on there, and they run there site proper when it comes to sale no off thread bidding or questions every thing has to be done on the thread for everyone to see that its all above board.another thing i have never understood is why members send payment as gift,is it one?or are you purchasing goods.protect yourself at all times.

btw another user has just given me your full details incase i need to use them. even gave me yours and your missis facebook page...

Mate, when it takes longer you tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially when dozens of people on here vouch for him.
Before ya know it you are 3 months further down the road and PP is not gonna help you with your complaint.
So this security only works when you react quickly, but when you are patient and you cut that person some slack then your out of luck.

theres being patient and then theres letting someone take the p@ss out of you,3 months is not exceptable to be waiting for a part from a seller that is in the uk,its not as if its coming from australia.anyway i hope you get this sortedand the moderators wake up and smell the coffee instead of lurking in the shadows and doing nothing about these instances that keep on happening.
