Default MD321H TURBO new unused

i bought this md321h turbo from scoobyworld in september, as i was in the process of trying to get my scooby from 320 bhp to over 400bhp, so bought this with a load of other parts,

the turbo did get fitted to the car but never even started the car as headers was off, as stripped threads in bottom of engine, so i then left it for a wile,

i then lost interest in the car an now feel like a change, so ive been stripping the car an selling the parts,

so a new unused md321h turbo £1000

also have a very tidy rolling shell, has on it, doors (no windows), bonnet, boot(no spoiler) side skirts, rear bumper, side skirts, dash £400

Hey bud,

Is this the billet wheel version or the normal one?

Does it come complete with gaskets, oil feed pipe etc?

Is it ziroctec coated?

What's best price?

Cheers

hi yes its ziroctec coated, its not billet version, as heard a lot of people saying they wasnt getting the power there ment to from them, all pipes come with it, one gasket, as i lost the one that goes between turbo an up pipe,

wont go no lower then £1000 as it not even been started on a car, i understand if u dont wanna pay that much, but ide might as well keep it then let it go for less.

Ok cheers buddy ;-)

I'll have a look at bank funds and a chat with my tuner...

Would this be safe on a standard 99/00 uk turbo engine?

Cheers

You have two choices here- either run it at low boost and power to preserve your engine.

Or

set it up to run at it's full potential and watch your car not even make it through the mapping session.

You are best off having your current turbo mapped as it would make a max power figure that would still be safe on uk 2000 internals.

Some others turbos that would be suitable are- VF28-30-34-35 or TD05 16G. Anyone of these are capable of 330bhp, this is the power limit of both your engine and gearbox.

LJF

Cheers for advice, already running 358bhp thru standard engine and box :-D although I am kind too gearbox!

Engine and other goodies are getting transplanted into my new P1 over the next couple of weeks which has already got a nice and tasty jdm dccd spec c 6 speed box installed :-D

Was just thinking of buying this turbo and getting it fitted at same time as I will need to get the new simtek remapped to suit engine swap.

Got a nice set of cdb cases in the garage waiting for engine build next year.

In your opinion is this turbo too much for that current setup?
550 injectors, hybrid fmic, simtek mafless, 6 speed, rcm induction kit, rcm manifold, bosch 044 and intank walbro etc

Cheers

I'd say it will probably be a little to much for the standard engine especially given its already getting worked quite hard at 360 mate.
Obviously the box will be fine.

Is the P1 still running standard engine? Might be better off with bigger injectors to make near the 400 mark plus in allow you run more power in the future. Or a fpr.

Whats the full spec of the p1, i am looking to get one shortly
