Cosworth Stroker Kit
Cosworth forged stroker kit as removed from my car after 1000 miles (or there abouts).
The Crank and Rods are used but still in perfect working order (I have had them checked), but it does come with a brand new boxed set of the pistons and rings (92.5mm) (worth £700 on their own).
For sale on e-bay also.

£1250 starting bid on Ebay, £1350 if you want it before the end of the auction.

The head gasket blew after 1000 miles. The engine was stripped right down at that point to check it all out. One of the pistons had a crack on one of the skirts, so it was all removed. The crank and rods were checked out and I got a new set of pistons from Cosworth.
The engine build I am doing now isn't going to use any of it (and do away with head gaskets too).
Yes, the kit does usually come with bearings, but as these were used in the original build and discarded when we took it apart they aren't in the sale. Just the crank, rods, and piston kit. I could probably get some ACL race bearings at a negotiated additional cost for the buyer if needed.

Would you be interested in sellin the crank on its own as not sure if pistons are the right size for my engine as I think it is at 92.5 already, and haven't removed from car yet other wise I would have the whole kit.
Thanks Kiran

Kiranbaloo - Sorry, I don't want to split it up. I was going to sell it with a semi CDB originally, but decided to sell it as the kit only and the block as another sale. Also more difficult to sell rods on there own. The pistons I think I could sell easily.
Pot1175 - No problem, I didn't think you were being funny. I would ask the same too.

Don't know the rod length, sorry. They are std length as far as I know. I could probably get a micrometer on them in the next few days and see.

Ok guys,
Prices for the parts of the stroker kit, if you want it broken are as follows.
Crank - £400 (£670 new from RCM)
Rods - £475 (£797 new at RCM)
Pistons - £560 (£700 new at RCM)
Thats 20% off the new pistons, and 40% off the rods and crank as they have done 1000 miles.
But I will only split if I get to sell them all in one go.
