For sale: Subaru P1 Gearbox, Rear differential, Propshaft
For sale: Subaru P1 Gearbox, Rear differential, Propshaft
I will be removing my gearbox out of my P1 along with the rear differential and propshaft next Sunday.
The gearbox itself has done 60k and does not crunch, whine or have any untoward noises what so ever. I beleive it is still on the original clutch so shows It hasn't been launched or driven hard, especially since I have owned. The Oil has been changed regularly, and has been done since when I last serviced the car.
The rear diff has also done the same mileage and has been cleaned up painted and all the bolts removed and zinc plated. The diff also doesn't make any untoward noises. The diff oil was replaced 2000miles ago with Fuchs Titan Syn 5 75-90w oil and I will drain this out and give you this too in the original bottle as it's bloody expensive.
Both the box and the rear diff do not leak and anyone who knows me or the car knows that I am meticulous and have OCD when it comes to cars, so will not be selling a something that I myself wouldn't buy.
I will also include my powdercoated gearbox cradle but NOT the superpro bushes that come with it.
