Default VF35 Turbo for sale

Came off a friends car who got remapped today with a larger turbo. This has done 60k on a standard well serviced car and has no play.

Thanks a lot friend for this lovely turbo.

I got ****tiy turbo and hes calling me a liar.I supoosed to got through all thist trouble and scaming you over 300 pounds?

Like i said i spend over 4k in last two weeks for my parts and you think i would go playing around for 300?Gimme a break.

ATM i am so upset,i had only good experience so far with dealing with SN members (i only canceled one deal cause guy continiued selling items we agreed on me buying them),oh frack.

Well thanks again for screwing me for my 300 pounds and loosing 100% trust i had in SN members.

Hope you have a drink or two with your "friend and mechanic" and the drinks are on me.Frack.

,,,,excuse my language but i am so pissed

His excuse:

Thats is not the turbo I sent you, like I said three people looked at the turbo before I sent it to you, the mechanic, the owner of the car and also me. The mechanic checked it over when he removed it as he knew the owner of the car was going to sell it as he had just put on a brand new vf48. The owner then checked it over and I checked it over before I bought it, it was then sent to you in perfect condition, not like the pictures you have sent me. I am questioning your honesty as I believe you are trying to scam me and you would send me back a busted turbo, keep my good one and the money and I refuse for this to happen.

Ok I am going to have one post and one post only on this subject. Look at my feedback, I have had over 30 transactions, all of which were perfect until you came along. I am not a fool and you tried to fool me, you just met somebody more intelligent than you. I sent you a perfect vf35 that was removed from a car purely to be replaced for a remap, this car was running absolutely perfectly. The mechanic removed the turbo and checked it, was perfect. Then the owner looked at it and again perfect. I checked it over and packed it up to send it to you, perfect. Then you try to scam me by telling me the turbo is broken and I have sent you a broken turbo, why would I do this?? The damage is so obvious, why would I ever have bothered sending that to you, everyone knows that turbo is scrap, and its not the one I sent to you, that is a fact. You even admitted to it in the pm I just sent you, saying I was right in this situation. You sir are trying to scam people and you should not be allowed to trade on a site such as scoobynet as a less experienced member would have fallen for your scam and lost their perfect turbo. Wether you have spent 4k or not it is not relevant, you are trying to scam people.

So i guess you decided that you dont wanna return founds and that you are fine with me being screwed?

Best regards,

Matija

We all checked it and that is not the turbo I sent you, that is fact. No I will not be returning the funds because I know I am correct in this situation and I know you are not being screwed. I fully believe that is a different turbo and you would be sending me back a different trubo to the one I sent you and keeping the money.

At this moment i would like to say few really nice things about your mother but ill try to be decent and ask you one more time to reconsider.

I DID NOT take photos of other turbo,i took pictires of the one i got.

Thanks for screwing me

Best regards,

Matija

...you are right in this situation, lol man you are great seller and i wish you long and frutful life:P

Yes i did buy from you case you have good feed back but something stinks here and it aint me.

Like i said.Car with this turbo would probably run normally but turbo isnt in mint condition.....now you gonna say you all looked at compressor wheel when you were changing turbos....yes you should, damn.

Bob Rawle was in Slovenia a month ago and he tuned my car with AFTD04 installed and he advised me on getting VF35.I dont own any other VF 35.

If you noticed i was in Pauls15 topic too, interested in turbo.

Look man,this aint right......and i got ****ed,thanks a lot.

EDIT:Oh yes and i am insulted as being a scamer and being dumb,Thanks.

Ok one more try.

I am 26 years old,a student of Civil engenering and an Slovenian Olypic team member for Beijing olympics where i were 31st in javelin throw.

Atm i am working on geeting my degree and training hard to qualify for London olympics.

From 2005 i am member of SN,mostly gathering info and lately, after i changed from legacy turbo to impreza,i am buying stuff as well. I love Subaru and their owners are great as well.

In my whole life i acted decent thowards everyone, never cheated, gambeled or scamed.Thats why i feel so offended some one calling me a liar.I have many friends in UK and they all can confirm that i am decent bloke.

Please return my founds.

I was mailing around questions to SC,Harvy and others regarding my turbo options.I only had TD04l and AFP04 in my car.I was looking for an upgrade and since Slovenia is really small i have to buy all things from UK.....so i do not posses other VF35 turbo than the one you sent to me.If any thing else i cant buy it here.

I dont wanna offend you or any thing but if you know the turbo is bad and you wanna play me cause i am not a UK resident, and you though your word is worth more than mine.....not nice, not nice at all.

Now i have ****ty 300 pound VF 35 and i have to buy another one:S

Scubbay this thing is tearing me apart. I dont feel comfortable some one calling me a cheat, nit comfortable at all.

Please reconsider, maybe you did forget to check compressor wheel....at least thast the only logical explanation i came up with.

Rebuilding will cost me to much but if nececery i will prove it to you that way i only have your brokern VF 35.

Have a look here, I have said everything I need to say, this guy is trying to scam me and I will not fall for it. In a post in the thread below he actually accused me of selling stolen parts which I then reported and it got removed. Do not listen to what this guy says.

It's insinuation, there is no difference and I would take that as being accused of selling stolen goods too!

I've read both threads and yes something stinks; I sure as hell won't be sending stuff to Eastern Europe

no one will ever know for sure who is lying here except the parties involved, however i do believe detailed pictures always stops this sort of thing from happening

There are real risks sending stuff anywhere nowadays, but posting to Eastern Europe would appear to be asking for trouble

The odds are very much against this guy.
Scubbays feedback says it all, that and the fact that he is a respected petrol head locally.
I've also personally met and dealt with scubbay.

Yep its the only way the protect buyer and seller, plus unless you can afford to take a risk with a unknown seller dont pay by gift add the fees to the price.

Something I would add, the last time I was over in Slovenia I did indeed map beliblisk's car, he had just taken delivery of it from another customer of mine. The cars specification is in my database, turbo was/is TD04. I asked for no deposit in advance of going there, the required amount of money was handed over after his remap. I have never seen, heard of or even remotely come across any of the guys out there acting an anything other than a honest and straight up manner. I have no qualms at all about spending out my own funds in advance on trust of reimbursement when I arrive.

Not that it will probably help anything but it does grate when I see persons who have never met anyone involved (?) making statements about honesty.

I wouldn't normally post in a thread like this, disputes are between the parties involved, but this does not appear to be all that it seems.

always a sad situation
