If I'm not mistaken comes with a lifetime warranty from K&N. I'm sure they will have exclusions etc.

Genuine K&N do lose their dye after a while (just in case you are used to seeing the burgundy colour) GLWTS mate

Plus also the filter elements can be washed, and K&N oil applied again, which should make it as good as new
