Default Incomplete CDB 2.1 stroker

For sale I have my block halves, heads and some parts I have from my 2.1 stroker build.

I planned on making a 2.1 stroker for my project but due to a change of work hours, I’m selling everything as I no longer have time to work on the project. All the machine work was done by AS Performance and the parts were bought from there as well.

It’s a Closed deck block which has been bored out and honed to 92.5mm, rear thrust conversion, drilled and tapped to take 14mm head studs. The heads are v1/2 heads that have also been drilled for 14mm studs and have had a full refresh done by AS Performance.

The new parts I have are new Mahle 2618 pistons, 14mm head studs and a pair of RCM head gaskets. The cost of all the machine work and the parts supplied by AS Performance came to £2013 Also got a bottle of Millers of 10W50 Oil and a blueprint filter that came with the car.

I still have all the parts removed from the engine when I stripped it down. These will be included in the sale. Everything pictured is what you get. I have all the covers for the cambelt, just forgot to get a picture of half of them. The intake manifold still has the fuel rails and injectors bolted in. All the bags are marked up with where the bolts are for. One of the cam pulleys has a “dent” in it which is shown in the pictures. Up to the buyer if they want to use it, fix it or get some shiny new ones to replace them. Also will include the front mount, pipework and dump valve. Intercooler has some damage to the fins on one side, the dump valve is HKS. Don't think it's genuine.

I am looking for £2100 for everything collected from Dumfries, SW Scotland.

Price dropped to £2000
If there's enough interest, I will sell parts individually

Interested in the block also, as well as interested in vf22 and sti strut brace in your other thread but would rather know if your going to split to save having to drive Sunderland to SW Scotland multiple times, I already have a set of v1 wrx heads and a set of v3 sti heads so buying the whole lot for just the block is kinda pointless

if the block has already been machined to suit the pistons then ideally they are a "set" and IMO would be best kept together

not planning on using Mahle pistons, even if I had to go up to 93.00 mm for 2618 omega pistons block is still usable to me.

The pistons were made in the future, or 99 years in the past...!

Best person to ask for an explanation about that is Stockcar since he supplied them. Is a bit weird though

Possibly. Would have thought he would let people know rather than being arrogant about it.

Yeah it would be handy, I'm ready to get some HGs and I'd buy his gladly if it helps him out. I'll hold fire for another while to see what happens.
