Are the shocks & springs still available? By how much is the car lowered by with them?

Yes they are and I believe the springs lower the car by roughly 25-30mm all around if memory serves

Still available, definitely 5x100.
No knocks as far as I'm aware, I was getting a bit of noise from the rear when I took them off but that persisted after replacing these with coilovers, I think it was my rim clipping the arch due to a missing bolt in my ARB.

As above is lowest price as the springs alone are worth a few hundred quid, I can get them weighed and work out courier costs if you'd like, i'll also check for any marks on the damper rods while im at it.

My car has a full late blob/hawkeye interior so yeah should fit, condition is as you see in the picture in the OP
