Spec c in tank anti surge fuel assembly.
Bought it a short while ago from a member on here but change of plans means it's up for sale.

How does this go into a Blob STI? It looks like it only has two pipes on top and the one in my car has three?

I believe it's part of the evap system where the spec c doesn't have it.
