Default 2.0 WRX shortblock, good order, £100

Standard WRX 2.0 shortblock (bare block with crank, rods and pistons) Ideal for someone who has suffered middle end failure.
Phase 1 block with 2003 wrx pistons, will be suitable for almost any 2.0 wrx car classic or newage. (I had it in my newage while i was building a forged engine)
had this sitting as a spare for a year or so now, good quiet engine. No longer needed as I am building a 2.5 and my current forged 2.0 will become my spare.
I will get some pics up later, but there's really nothing to see! it still has heads, sump, water pump etc on so is in good clean condition. ( will be getting stripped this week, I need the heads etc for my 2.5)
Looking for £100 plus postage (I will put it on a pallet with no oil in the engine and wrap it) I can arrange a courier or you can do that yourself.
Cheers

Could be interesting in this

What was the reason behind 2003 Pistons , were the rings etc gapped to the bore wear etc before fitting ?

They are my 2003 WRX Pistons from my car, bores honed, no need to check ring gaps as the bores measured the same.
I did 8000 miles with this engine at 1.4 bar peak on a td0516g no problems.
Your in abz? I'm just south of you

When the middle end fails (well it's not a bottom end is it? Because it's in the middle).

That's cool, I don't like to hijack threads, just curious as I want to start collecting parts to get an engine built for me.

I think the op is merely making a joke that what you would normally class as the bottom end on other engines is more like the middle on a boxer.
