its new , it was just painted with Dinitrol rust protection and Hammerite Stonechip protection but never used

had a few p,ms about the filler neck just to clarify the filler is brand new, never used its was sprayed for extra protection against rust because they rust badly,

pic 3 shows the condition of the filler neck before the 2x coats of Dinitrol rust protection spray
and 2x coats of Hammerite Stonechip protection was applied hence why its a dark gray now

thanks they go for £90-100 on ebay so would have thought it be more from Subaru them selves
