I did a little research..
And theoretically it would work, but too much needs to be done.
Some rewiring or changing part of the loom, immobilizer needs to be programmed, ABS unit, climate control, cruise control and speedo might be a headache...
This wouldn't be a problem for my friend, but he is too busy at the moment building his GF8 EZ30 project.

Could you tell me a bit more about it mate? I've got a wrx Hawkeye, will it plug straight in a work? Is it already mapped or just unlocked ready for a map?

It's possible with mapping to use it on a hawk wrx.
