Default 400 BHP/6 SPEED classic for sale

Very reluctant sale of my well sorted classic

Only selling due to home improvements needed

Forged 2.0 on standard STI 5 block (Built by Zen performance)
STI 9 nitrided Crank
ACL heavy Duty Race bearings
Tomei Rods
Weisco 1mm overbore Pistons
ARP head studs
Cosworth 12mm uprated Oil Pump
Cosworth Head Gaskets
new Modine
New cambelt and idler pulleys
Lightly ported STI 5 heads
MD321H turbo
Bosch 044 fuel pump with 740inj
Hybrid GT2 FMIC with Miklalor hose clamps.
K&N big airfilter
Forge Blow off Vlave
Full H&S exhaust 3" with GT2 spec headers
Samco Coolant hoses.
Modified breathers
CDF lightened Blue alloy pullies
AP Organic Clutch
6 Speed JDM gearbox
8kg Lightened flywheel
ZeroSports Uprated Thermstat
Gems ECU with ALS(anti-lag), mapped by Bob Rawle, figures were 398bhp 380 lbs ft on scoobyclinic dyno on the MD321H. Very responsive car, makes boost very early, runs at 1.9bar tailing off to 1.3 bar at the top end.



Chassis:

STI 5 Shocks with Eibach Springs.
Modified Fast road/Sprint Geometry
Whiteline ARB's, rear adjustable
Powerflex Alloy Droplinks.
Stoptech 328mm 4 pot kit with pagid Blue pads
Greenstuff rear pads
Goodridge Stainless Steel braided hoses all round

Exterior:

Full re-spray
Rear arches rolled
Induction scoop.
WRC carbon Mirrors
Sun strip
No badges fitted although have the Type RA badge and STI ones for the fog lights if required. (I liked it de-badged)

Wheels:

Rays CE28N's Forged Monoblock 8x17 ET38's with new vredestein sessanta tyres

Interior:

Safety Devices FIA 6 point bolt in cage, retains full interor, carpet trimmed around cage etc. Back seats aren't useable tho!
Sparco FIA Approved Rollcage Padding
Schroth 4 point FIA harnesses.
Defi DIN gauges, oil and water temp, and oil pressure.
JVC CD player and rear Pioneer rear 2 way speakers

Sure there is more bits I've missed. But thats the basic main bits. I've had this car since MAY 09 bought at 49000 miles now 56,400. Have ALL the receipts,ALL build info from ZEN, ALL MOT'S and tax discs for the car from new , always looked after warm up and cooled down, only shell 99RON, never used in the wet and always garaged used as a 2nd car.

Also how easy would it be to remove the roll cage?

Roll cage is only 2 bolts at each corner so maybe 30mins

You should be tempted banny... Tony lives round the corner from me. I can vouch for this car. It's in great condition and a really well put together. Goes well too

Can't see it hanging around for long considering the price stock versions are going for. Anyone thinking of buying one and modifying it to anywhere near this level will be spending a whole lot more. I reckon if you bougt a std one and bought the brakes and wheels you'd be into it more than this one already.

Some lucky enthusiast, please snap it up before I talk myself into it.

Had this been around before I stated my build, I would of had your arm off.

My advise to anyone interested in this car is go have a look at it you won't be disappointed.
This is a complete car that needs nothing unlike the majority of classics up for sale running decent power.

I agree at 9k they can poke it! I would of happily paid 8k to the original seller but I couldn't bring myself to buy it now that there is a 2k profit for the new owners.

Anyone else been looking at the 450bhp classic on PH that's £6500?
