Faults I know about

Slight crack in lower section of windscreen (no MOT issue) - passed at Halfords MOT Centre 2 weeks ago

Internal dash pocket hinges collapsed

Slight power steering belt squeal when cold (disappears quickly enough)

Slight Whine noise happens after a long run but goes again

Passenger side front electric switch temperamental, but all work from drivers side

Has an oil leak - this has been since installation of new clutch - I'm sure Andy from Veysport performance in Brentwood can put this right for the new buyer as we've had communications over it it's just too far away for me too to again with time constraints this year - I can provide emails and receipts to warrant and back this up

Has never let me down or failed to start, (Once because B&Q Shop alarm jammed my remote fob from working) it steers and stops in a straight line, drives well and boost comes on as it should with no flat spots, not driven hard, I live in Portsmouth which is far too urban and busy for spirited driving.

Been in my ownership since Feb 2007, I'm 35, not a boy racer and have genuinely loved it, I have a folder with 100's of photos for you to browse since day 1 of me owning it - I'd like to see it go to another enthusiast not a teen who is going to wreck it please, I'm in no hurry to sell so if you're one of those tyre kicking types I'll send you on your way, Please bear in mind this car is 15years old, there are some very minor age related pressure dents from careless drivers and a paint defect near the filler cap.

Original Owners Manuals, wallet, loads of receipts, Bill of sale when new 24k, All Tax Discs, MOT's etc

Something else you should know is in October 2013 I lorry reversed in to it (non-fault claim still on-going) causing minor front bumper paintwork damage and pressed the headlight in slightly and abrasion mark on the bonnet, by law I have to inform you of this, as my insurance have classed my car as a category D which the least serious class where it costs more to put right the paintwork than they consider it to be worth using new genuine parts. It's just gone through its MOT at Halfords, Portsmouth with no mention of headlight alignment faults.

Has done very few miles the last 3years as I got a close by job and cycle to work and just don’t use like I should. I've literally done about 3000-4000 miles a year for the last 3 years which is reflected in the MOT's

Ideally I'm just waiting for the insurance issue to be 100% resolved before moving her on (which it will be in my favour as I wasn’t in the car, it was parked) - I've been 100% truthful and honest with you about the car feel free to trawl the Subaru forums and you'll see plenty of activity from me showing my genuine love for the Subaru marque

All I ask is that you please don’t waste my time thanks guys

Any questions just ask, I'll provide a link later to my dropbox account with photos in of her. (one of the best colours in my opinion but yes of course I'm biased!)

I don’t know what to ask money wise at this moment in time but feel free to comment positive or negative I am a realistic kind of guy but understand I won't be giving it away.

Given the faults, I want to say around the £1500 mark not including my sentimental attachment to the car which of course is worthless to anyone else

will get more pics at the weekend interior, engine, bay, arches etc

I personally would hold out for nearer £1500 mate. Lots of history etc with what look's a enthusiast owned spec.

****. . For the decent - for sale ad - itself must be worth £1500.

If the rear arches are genuinely sound then £1500 all day long! The faults you list are not major apart from potentially the whine after a long run, getting this at least diagnosed would be a good selling point IMO!
