Seen this car myself its mint well worth the asking price its a very rare model impreza and a genuine demo car built by storm Motorsport.
The seller has come across hard times and has been forced to sell his pride and joy

+1 - Sorry to see you're having to sell the Scoob Gary - Lovely machine in the flesh - the photos don't really do it justice. I hope she goes to an enthusiast like yourself. GLWTS

I personally think its a lovely looking car but maybe just a little overpriced considering its on original engine and ecu.
I personally think you should have an esl board fitted and mapped. They aren't that expensive and would give a potential buyer the peace of mind its all running perfectly and setup spot on.

You do realise, that by adding the carbon bonnet, and all the shiny stuff you've made it a lot heavier than when it left the factory, don't you.
It also doesn't have any lightweight panels, you've removed the only one it had, the bonnet. 19's on a classic!
Good luck with the sale, you're going to need it at that price.

You're wanting strong money for an RA, as it currently stands you'll only get it for near standard cars.
Just Micky will sufice though.

The problem is that 5K buys you a tidy type R these days or a newage sti and they are the models most would choose. So unless its a mega spec its a struggle to sell early cars. I still think the fact its been modified and left with standard map is putting people off, especially guys on here.
If it was me I'd have it on pistonheads with a really good write up and some lovely pictures in a better setting than a car park for £4995. Im sure you'll get more interest, its a good looking car but it hasn't really got a huge spec so your selling angle needs adjusting slightly.
Remember, what you paid for a car or what it owes you is irrelevant, its what a car is worth today to someone. And on here, early classics with average specs dont make decent money. I say keep it, throw 10 large at it and have some fun.....lol.....
