Sadly its time for me to sell on my beloved limited edition WRC WRX Ra.
This has been confirmed on here by SN members on the chassis codes. As its the WRX ra, it doesnt have adjustable diff.
This particular model has, a short ratio box, electric windows, mirrors, a/c abs and is running a vf28 .It has the ultra light weight RAYS on with 16" tyres. Ive had a few Impreza classics wrx`s and sti`s ,and this has been one of my ultimate favourites. Where to start???

Engine:
- Full rebuild at Api June 2008. Rebuild consisted of forged pistons, rings, bearings, cam belt, uprated oil pump and other bits.
- At the same time a Simtek was fitted and mapped by Api.( 2 maps, high and low boost)
- A forge vta dumpvalve was fitted
- The oil changes were done there religiously until 10 000 miles were covered.
The engine has now covered 17000. MOT`s to back this up.

After that, it had
- Scooby clinic down pipe
- Hks middle and rear section exhaust
- Hks air filter.

I bought the car from a friend who owned it since 2005 so he did all the engine work :-)

When I bought it I tried to make it a little better and added the following
- Sti carbon front strut
- Apex springs, lowered 25mm
- 4 pots and vented and grooved discs all round
- Exceedy organic clutch
- Sti rear lights
- Clear bumper indicators

Unfortunately the body work was a little sad, so I had the following done
- Rear arch replaced and repsrayed.
- Rear bumper resprayed
- Front bumper repsrayed, that has just picked up a stone chip
- Bonnet repsrayed
- Wing mirrors resprayed

I have a huge folder of reciepts for absolutely everything the casr has had done. I also have all the original Impreza booklets that came with the car.

INTERIOR
- Front seats in blue, slight wear but no tears or rips
- Rears in standard black
- WRC limited plaque 450/1000
- Blue sorround on dash and center console
- Boost and oil pressure gauge
- Alpine head unit, ipod connectivity
- Uprated speakers throughout as originals are rubbish
- Amp and Sub that can be removed of required


The car has now covered 78504, but this may go up

Rolling roaded on 13/04/13 and it made a safe 306.8bhp and 310lbs of torque. This was done at Surrey rolling road, the tester said it was a conservative map and there is more in there, but thats up to the next owner
She doesnt use any oil, starts a little rough when cold, but thats due to being maf-less. Oil pressure is a good 100lbs when driving, and when warm a constant 40lbs on idle.
Low boost is set to 11psi, and high 21psi
If an acceptable price is agreed I do have a set of black 17" alloys that can be included with no tyres. Only 6 months old.

Only bad point is, passenger side rear door has a couple dings on it from car parks, but can be seen in pics below

Viewing is highly recommended, but no test pilots without valid insurance or cash in my hand . Sorry but the minority have ruined this for the majority.........
