1997 V4 Type R for sale
I thought I'd start with some pics
Spec
Front mount intercooler
Zero sports intake pipe with K and N air filter
HRC 255 fuel pump
Blitz Nur spec R with decat, I have the bung for it
Remapped on the road by Duncan from Racedynamix
Rolling road print out for 291 at Eurospec 2000 in Guildford, I think this is a bit low for the spec, a lot of peoples car on the day were down
Cusco coilovers, front strut brace four wheel alignment by Skidmarques in Brentwood
P1 front bumper and splitter, with cold air intakes (pipes not fitted as yet), 18in Rota GRA s in pink, couple of chips etc nothing major, all good Falken452 tyres, 225/35/18
Body work has the usual car park dings but nothing major
2005 STI front seats and standard rears
Flocked dash, B and M short shifter with STI gear **** and new gear gaitor
Prosport stepper gauges illuminate blue, boost gauge has stopped working, it goes through its start up sweep then the needle points downwards I'll have another check of the wiring and pipes
Momo 300mm steering wheel better than the momo bus sized original
Centre console could do with a little bit of work so it fits better
Currently on 134000 miles, I'll have to check the paperwork as I believe it came in to the country with 110kms
The engine was then rebuilt at 120,000 by a friend of the previous owner as it spun a bearing and was built back to standard spec just replacing the bearing, I have no paperwork but during mapping Duncan did say it did nt sound like a high mileage engine
Engine oil and filter changed every 3k
Very rarely moves apart from to get washed and polished on a weekend, I think Ive done 4k miles in 13 months of ownership
Taxed til August, test til Jan 2014
Price £4400
I have the original dash
I have a set of 17in WRX newage wheels which are in a fairly poor condition if you don't like the pink wheels
Based in Braintree, Essex
Any questions just ask cheers Matt

Bump, I've also got a 2.0 semi closed deck block, that's been bored to 92.5mm, pinned, honed with 14mm ARP headstuds that can go with the car with a bit of negotiation
