Default Forged Hatch

2008 Hatch 39k with full history. Very good condition not a show winner. Dave P a member on here owned it before me. Dave has owned it since 2008. I bought it last year after the engine fail at 38k Dan at Surry Subaru Specialists built a forged engine using Mahle pistons, Lateral rods, acl race bearings, Cosworth head gaskets, Lateral 11mm oil pump & Cosworth baffled sump. Also fitted is a Hayward & Scott cat back with twin 4 inch to keep the burble just right. I've just finished running it in & it's been maped by JGM last week. 323bhp & I think 340ftlb. So not stressed one little bit. Launch, flat shift & throttle blip have also beed added & plenty of pops & bangs. It's still running std catted downpipe, air box & turbo. So there is plenty of scope left for the new owner. Taxed for 4 months & mot for 8 months. I've just fitted new discs & Ferodo DS3000 pads + Tein progressive springs last week. Double din DVD Sat nav half leather seats & the usual gadgets inc cruise & diff control + throttle responce. HPI & Finance clear. £13500 seems fair for fully forged STI Hatch?

Good engine mods

Money well spent on the 2.5

Rather this than a non forged any day, non forged on the 2.5s is like a ticking time bomb

Swap for my bug mate?

Seriously tho, Nige is a top bloke and this is a cracking hatch - would make a great buy for someone with the engine having been sorted
